YAZMATIK, in case the Member acts in violation of the obligations set forth in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Principles and Principles, does not fulfill the obligations at all or duly, acts in violation of the rules determined by laws and regulations, and in other cases, YAZMATIK does not comply with these Terms of Use, Privacy Principles and Privacy Policy. These Terms of Use will come into effect when the Member starts his/her membership to the YAZMATIK website and will remain in effect unless terminated due to one of the conditions specified in the terms.

Turkey Bursa Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of these Terms of Use.

The Member accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in these Terms of Use and confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has given about him/her.

1. This agreement determines authority and responsibilities between the Parla Bilgi Teknolojileri Danışmanlık, Yazılım ve Eğitim Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as PAROLA) and the person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as MEMBER) who has been given the right to access the information on the page (hereinafter referred to as PAGE) published on the internet by PAROLA.
2. This agreement determines that the membership right to PAGE is obtained through legal means, the rights of PAROLA and the rights and obligations of the MEMBER.
3. The MEMBER is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement exactly when he becomes a MEMBER with an online application in order to benefit from PAGE services.
4. The member is deemed to have committed to the accuracy of the information entered in the member registration form.
5. MEMBER, within the framework of the rules announced on the PAGE, uses a single computer to use the information announced for his own information. The MEMBER cannot copy, print, spread, distribute, sell or use this information or codes (html, script, cgi, image, etc.) even partially for the purpose of re-announcement.
6. PAROLA cannot be held responsible for the gains and losses caused by the correct or incorrect use of the PAGE, whether the information is correct or incorrect, and its illegal use.
7. The MEMBER takes the necessary measures to prevent the user name and password given to him from falling into the hands of third parties, and when he detects such a situation, he immediately notifies PAROLA. In any case, all access with the username and password given to the MEMBER is deemed to have been made by the MEMBER.
8. If the MEMBER does not comply with one or more articles of the contract, or if any of the information provided cannot be verified, or if PAROLA deems it necessary, the membership right may be canceled by PAROLA without the need for a separate warning.
9. This contract, which consists of 10 (ten) articles, enters into force on the registration date of the MEMBER.
10. In case of dispute, Bursa/Turkey courts are authorized.
